Four Chords Empty
PostSubject: Four Chords   Four Chords I_icon_minitimeWed Aug 18, 2010 9:37 pm

Hey, let's all write music.

The chord progression is
1, 5, 6m, 4.

To produce chords for this progression, we don't even need to worry about sharps or flats; all of the notes fit into one easy scale.

Just try this:
1 = C, E, G
5 = G, B, D
6 = A, C, E (minor)
4 = F, A, C

Obviously, this magic works for any combination of those four chords.

Try it with

[1, 6m, 4, 5]
[1, 5, 4, 5]
[1, 4, 5, 4]
[4, 1, 6m, 5]
[4, 1, 5, 6m]
[6m, 4, 5, 1]

Then think of words. It doesn't have to mean anything, just stretch you vocabulary and see if you can conjure perhaps 20 of them. If you don't know that many words, swear a lot.

Don't be fooled by minute tempo changes, insignificant rhythm adjustments, or instrumentation, all songs are the same. If you have a good voice and are nice to look at, this is everything you could possibly need to know.

If you don't have a good voice and are ugly, you will also need to look into auto tuning and slutty outfits.

This did not change my opinion of any of the songs featured in this video.

Very Happy
